Yes, it has been a while

I don't even know where to start. I had to go back and read my last post, last updated on June 9th. I didn't think I would ever get that bad. But I have recently had a request my sister passed on to me from my favourite cousin in Edmonton, whom I don't get to see very often, but wish I did because she's pretty cool. Anyway she was complaining because my family has been slacking a little lately in the blog department, and she enjoys reading them. So, this is for her.

My last post, complaining about exams, well that's right back where I am. Yay, my first college mid-terms. And I can assure you, I am no more motivated then I was in high school, and I am not learning much useful stuff. But least I get more money when I am done at this school.

So, I'll go back to the summer. It was busy. It was fun. And I am sad it is over. I left off finishing school. Yes, I passed all my courses...maybe not all my exams, but hey, least it wasn't only me, pretty much everyone did as bad as I did, so I don't feel so bad.

This means you missed, my grad dinner and dance. Boy oh boy that was a busy day! Tom came with me and we had fun, though I still have my suspicions that the drinks were watered down some how. I got all dressed up and even painted my toenails. This was, coincidentally the same day as my grandmas 87th birthday, so Happy belated Birthday Grandma!

Next was Kim and Nicks wedding, most of you were there so I'm not going into any details there, other than I was stupidly tired by the end of the day, as well as everyone else who was rudely awakened at 4:3o in the morning, but we all made it through a happy day anyway.

Next was folk fest, which sucked. Not the music, but the weather. I decided, on the day that was -5 degrees and raining ice to act as if it were a normal folk fest day, ie wear shorts, bare feet, and garbage bags and wander around at my please, seeing all the artists I wanted to. That was fine until I could not feel my body.

The next day my father and I ran (or rode) away on a bike trip. We just went to Kenora and back. I have done this trip before and I quite enjoyed it. Though I wouldn't have minded it a little warmer and drier. Our tent only dried out when we got home.

Next was work. Though I didn't actually work that much, that All I did for a while, and planned Cor's wedding. And moving Corrie. I forgot about that. Oh wait, maybe I blocked it out, its hard to say.

Next was my 18th birthday, which was a good time. Family and more family (no I do not have any friends) and supper out side and bonfires and an all round good time.

Next was the half wedding, we did half in the summer, and we'll finish it up some time later.

Then I started school, and the cold wet summer was over, and school only proved to be exciting for about 2 weeks.

Things that have happened since then are as follows (in no particular order):
I got addicted to the show weeds
I cut off my hair
I painted some pictures
I planned my tattoo
I bought some Cd's
I tried running again, and my knees failed me
I got a cellular telephone

Thats about it, well at least all I am going to tell you. Sorry about the boring update blog, but I felt it pretty necessary before I started my regular blogging schedule again.
