My Pathetic Life

I have been sick the last few days, with kind of a cold and flu at the same time. Though I am glad to say I am feeling a lot better today. Anyway, during the last few days I have watched quite a few movies, mostly because it gave me a headache if I read for any longer than ten minutes. So here is the list of movies I watched and my rating on them:

1. Center Stage....7/10 (because I am pathetic)
A stupid dance movie in New York where everyone gets what they want.

2. Chocolat....7/10 (because it was predictable)
Everyone already knows what movie this is.

3. The Family Stone....8.5/10 (because I don't like Sarah Jessica Parker and either do they)
A good Christmas movie, that kind of, but not really, reminds me of my family.

4. Mystic River....8/10 (because I like movies like this, but they had Boston accents)
A crime scene in a small town that makes you think, but not too much.

5. The Whole Ten Yards...6.5/10 (because it's stupid)
A stupid hit man/mob movie, that has a dumb sense of humour through out it, but did make me laugh a few times.

6. Family Business....7.5/10 (because it made me think of my dad)
A random movie Tom found in my basement that is about 20 years old. It stars Sean Connery, Dustin Hoffman and Matthew Broderick. Father, son, and grandson. They are criminals and attempt a robbery together.

7. Elizabeth....9/10 (because Cate Blanchett is amazing)
A movie of how Queen Elizabeth came to reign over England during The Golden Age.

8. Beyond Borders....8/10(because it was effective, but their love story was cheesy)
Angelina Jolie goes over seas to aid the refugee camps where she meets Clive Owen.

I love your reviews and ratings. I wonder if everyone meets Angelina Jolie and Clive Owen-type people in refugee camps?

Hey! The Family Stone kinda reminds me of our family, too.

But without the sleeping with each other's brothers and boyfriends part.
